Karoo Stone is a pet-friendly, eco-conscious haven featuring three distinct and private accommodations, each designed to immerse you in the beauty of the Karoo landscape. Together, these retreats can comfortably host up to 14 guests, making it an ideal destination for groups or families seeking a peaceful getaway.

The Farmhouse
Step into the heart of Karoo Stone – our spacious farmhouse. This charming home features two luxurious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are bathed in natural light, thanks to large glass sliding doors that frame the stunning outdoor scenery. The farmhouse also includes a sleeper couch that can accommodate an additional two guests. Outside, unwind in the bush jacuzzi (hot tub), take a refreshing dip in the cold plunge swimming pool, or simply relax on the sun loungers, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. -
The Yellow American School Bus
A one-of-a-kind experience awaits you in our Yellow American School Bus, transformed into a luxe caravan that sleeps four. The bus is outfitted with a double bed and two extra-length single beds, all sharing a cozy bathroom. Enjoy meals or stargaze from the breakfast nook, illuminated by skylights that reveal the breathtaking Milky Way. By day, relax under the shaded patio or cool off in the private swimming pool and bush jacuzzi (hot tub). As night falls, gather around the fire pit and share stories under a blanket of stars. -
The Rustic Caravan
For those seeking privacy and a closer connection to nature, our rustic caravan is a hidden gem near the river. This intimate retreat accommodates four guests and features a private outdoor toilet with a shower. Lounge in the shaded outdoor area, dip into the pool, and let the vast mountain views and gentle river sounds wash your worries away.
